Forgot your username?

Use Find your account — enter the email or mobile number on file and we'll email you the username.

Forgot your password?

Use Reset your password — the reset link is only valid for 30 minutes, so request a fresh one if it's expired.

"Invalid username or password"

Check that Caps Lock isn't on — passwords are case-sensitive.
Make sure you're using your username, not your email, to sign in.
If you recently reset your password, use the new one — the old one no longer works.

Didn't get the reset or account-lookup email?

Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm the email matches the one on your account.
Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
