This system stores account information (username, name, role), login activity (IP address, timestamp, user agent), and the business data you enter — clients, invoices, quotes, expenses, and company records.
Data is used solely to operate the invoicing and client-management system: authenticating admins, scoping data by company, generating invoices/quotes, and maintaining an audit trail of account activity.
Data is stored in a private database and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Access is restricted to authorized admins based on their assigned role and permissions.
Account and business records are retained for as long as your account is active, or as required for legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes.
